Rear wheel is in new condition, it practically hasn’t been used, and it comes with Powertap 2.4 power meter installed. Front wheel is used and it has a small, barely seen crack on a braking surface. Hence the price, listed as for the rear wheel only.
New tires have been installed, and never used since.
